All orders received before 12:00pm Noon (Pacific) are processed same day.
Why are there multiple shipping charges when I checkout?
Some items are sent from separate warehouses, in these cases we much assess additional shipping charges. These are presented to you upon checkout and the packages will arrive separately.

Return Policy

General Policy
- You must contact us before returning any item.
- You must contact us within 30 days of placing your order.
- By showing us proof you"ve shipped the return (such as a valid tracking number), we will send your refund or replacement product (if applicable) as soon as we can verify your return is on its way back to us.
- We cannot reimburse you for your shipping or packaging costs.
- Any items returned without a return authorization will be rejected. Contact us prior to returning merchandise for a return authorization.
- Please insure your return packages. We are not responsible for returned merchandise while it is in transit.
Wrong Merchandise
If we"ve sent you the wrong merchandise, returns are handled just like other returned merchandise.
Defective Merchandise
Please contact us immediately if your merchandise has defects when you receive it.
Refunds
Items must be in like-new condition, with all original packaging and contents. Items which are not in resaleable condition are subject to a restocking fee.
